• A:Answer Yes, they are out of sight when the door is closed. However, there is a small digital screen on the front to let you know the dishes are washing with a bar graph to let you know how much longer the cycle has to completion.

Q: QuestionJust about to do my first load and cannot get the circular cap to lift out so I can put the rinse aid in. I had a Kitchen Aid before this with a similar plug...larger and had no problem getting it out, but this one won't budge even pulling with tweezers.

Q: QuestionI'm confused about the dimensions. Best Buy's specs on this washer indicate that it has a depth of 27.5". And that the cutout dimension has 24" depth. This will replace an existing 24" depth washer, so wouldn't this stick out quite a bit from the cabinet?

Q: Questionlimited availabilityBest Buy is advertising this product on sale , yet shows it as being unavailable when I try to order it. • A:Answer Its a special order item and if my memory serves me right, this is about the time new models will begin to come out, so maybe they are worried they will not have that exact model for you. Have you looked at HomeDepot or another establishment that price matches? Just a thought.

Q: QuestionThe clean light is on but it will not go off or let me activate any of the other options to run the dishwasher. This has been a fantastic dishwasher but I don't know how to fix this problem. Naturally the dishwasher is full of dirty dishes! :)

Q: QuestionCan I REALLY rely on this dishwasher to REALLY dry everything? Or will it require expensive, harmful "rinse" or "jet dry" chemicals which I don't want to ingest? I want BONE DRY dishes. Will it REALLY dry everything thoroughly without ANY damp dishes?

• A:Answer I recommend getting some liquid plumber. It sounds like a drainage problem or a drain pipe kink from the dishwasher. Most likely a drain clog that is preventing the system to drain properly. First solution is a large pot of boiling water down the drain. Next run some lemons down the disposal. Then chemical drain solutions, for slow drainage.

• A:Answer The cutout can be smaller than the face. There is a lip (flange) that sticks up for the door to seal. That way you get the largest opening with the smallest cutout required.
