A:AnswerThe sound profile and the volume of the subwoofer can be adjusted through the LG Sound Bar app. You should check it out! You'll be able to solve your problem and tweak several other settings as well.
A:AnswerVoice level is very good and even better if you use the night mode as it enhances the voice levels. The optical should be a straight plug and play solution for you.
A:AnswerYes, as long as your CD player has an optical output, meaning a spid/toslink output. This sound bar does not have an aux. If your CD player has an optical output/toslink output, you can connect the CD player through that. I doubt your CD player has the ability to connect to an external speaker source via Bluetooth, but of it does, that is an option.
A:AnswerThis soundbar plays very nice with the paired TV. Sound varies over each connection, but sync audio is possible. Use over an ARC hdmi connection works and sounds best, especially if Dolby Atmos is the goal.
A:AnswerLG 75UM8070PUA has LG Sound Sync, Digital Audio Output (Optical) and Bluetooth support. The issue with not having eARC maybe the inability of the TV to support 4K Passthrough (HDCP 2.3). A:AnswerI have my LG Sound Bar connected to my LG 77" OLED Smart TV via the HDMI connection and I use my Roku remote to control my TV and my LG Sound Bar. I think most of the TV controls are controlled by bluetooth but the on/off and volume are controlled via infrared. So you have to point the remote at the the TV when you are turning the TV on/off or changing the volume. Otherwise all the other remote options are bluetooth and the remote does not have to be pointed at the TV.
A:AnswerI cannot say for certain if this is correct packaging. I would think no. Please seek help in the LG Community Forum, https://lgcommunity.us.com. The LG Community Forum is a great resource for getting help from other LG customers. ^Daphane
A:AnswerThe specific TV referenced has a pairing mode that uses both the tv and soundbar speakers.
The answer given does not address the actual question.
Of course it will connect. I want to know if this specific feature is support access these two devices.
A:AnswerAccording to LG's support center it cannot and there is no timetable to fix this issue. It is solidly my least favorite part of this product and is very upsetting that they don't show it in any of the product pictures.
A:AnswerAbsolutely 2.1 compatible run 1 hdmi cable(2.1 a must) from TV(eARC) to soundbar(eARC) then run 1 hdmi cable(again 2.1 a must) from soundbar to other device i.e. NVIDIA shield-PS5-Series X etc and you will have 4k@120HZ with full HDR/DOLBY VISION/DOLBY ATMOS this setup with my PS5 or Series X sounds and looks AMAZING
A:AnswerIt is 100% compatible. I purchased them for my SP8YA. The rear speakers never prompted me to join my Wifi network. I turned them on and they instantly connected to the soundbar.
