QuestionExactly where does the power cord connect to the back of the tv and how is it routed to maintain the flush mount feature? No one, including LG, has been able to answer this for the last 4 months.

- Answer Hope this answers your question. Pardon my rough sketch, the blue area is the offset which allows you to run cables to the bottom of the TV, the yellow is the power chord which also runs into this area. If you are planning to have power or cable management setup in the back of the TV, you need to make sure it is in this channel they provided. I have a soundbar which hides the cables running down from the TV, so I did not have to do much to hide the cables.

QuestionUsing LG's flush wall mount bracket, can you position the TV slight outwards so that there is distance between the wall and the tv, because I have louvers on the TV wall (refer attached image), so I cannot flush the TV will the wall completely.

- Answer THE WALL MOUNT PUSHES FLAT AGAINST THE WALL AND CAN BE PULLED OUT ABOUT 3 INCHES AS WELL. THIS GIVES YOU JUST A LITTLE ROOM TO CONNECT HDMI CABLES ETC. AND PROBABLY ENOUGH ROOM FOR YOUR LOUVERS. BUT IF YOUR LOUVERS ARE OVER 1" I WOULD GET A DIFFERENT WALL MOUNT THAT ACTUALLY PULLS AWAY FROM THE WALL

- Answer There is a 5 year warranty on the panel, so I went for it. My C7 was bad burn in. Supposedly these new panels are less likely to have the burn in issue is what i was told. Love my G2!!

- Answer It does come with a fully flushed to the wall mount which means there are no way to adjust the position by tilting, turning, raising or lowering the TV. If you are okay with that than great but if you want to able to adjust your tv than I’d invest in a full motion mount.

- Answer For the 83 inch OLED G2 I just measured mine. In inches it is about 15.75 inches from the top VESA to the top of the TV. If you are measuring to install a wall mount, be sure to check the distance between the top VESA hole you are using and the top screw mounting hole of the wall mount. I wound up 2 inches higher than I was expecting by not doing this. It can mess up raised in wall electric and cable pass thru if they are not high enough.
