Q: QuestionHow long does this oven take to preheat? One of the comments mentioned allowing 20 minutes to preheat, but my current oven only takes six minutes so I was wondering if that was accurate.

Q: QuestionWhen I use my airfry setting in the top oven the broiler element lights to heat the oven however the convection fan doesn't blow. The only fan that comes on is the unit cooling fan after a while is this normal? I would assume airfry would require air
