A:AnswerYes they can do this. Sometimes one phone or the other may need to be linked by going to the settings and hitting the Bluetooth button and then linking it. Sometimes my I phone does this (I have a I phone with Sprint and a Note 5 with Verizon), my Note rarely does this. It always finds the Bluetooth and links automatically.
A:AnswerHi! I just figured this out myself! Download the 'Tone & Talk' app. Then go to the Headset Settings.... it's right there under Voice Prompt Language. Hope this helps.
A:AnswerMost likely earwax. Believe it or not, take off rubber boot then very carefully wipe down speaker screen. If this doesn’t fix it try putting suction on it then listen , sometimes the wax gets pushed through the screen . If this continues try a pair of headphones that are not earbuds
A:AnswerI to have the echo but only when I am using aps never on a phone call or music The button on the middle left can add bass and lower high tones. I think the eco is part of the technology that give quality to the music. I find if I make the ear plugs more snug, it sounds better
