A:Answer I had some issues setting the Linksys AC1200+ up, but the phone support was great and we got it connected and working.
I did check out the disc to see if it was helpful, but it was a lesson in frustration. It has every step in several languages, but the steps and trouble shooting are not broken down into language sections. In other words, you can't skip to the language you read, you have to scroll thru every language in each step to get to the next step. So don't worry about not being able to use it.
Unless you reset your old Linksys router to factory defaults, you can connect it back to your modem and use it again w/o issues, because you programed it to work with the modem you have; You can always set it up again (unless it's just not working). (I know this from personal experience!)
