Q: QuestionWhy do you state that the headphones will be ready today, when in fact you have oversold the product, creating false promises so that customers are now waiting on the product rather than if they had bought elsewhere before the product sold out?

• A:Answer I agree! I paid around $10.00 extra for shipping because they quoted that it would arrive on 02/22/2024. However, yesterday I received an email informing me that there is a delay. Now, it will be delivered on 02/24/2024 (hopefully). What was the point of paying extra for shipping then? Unacceptable!

Q: QuestionDo these connect to both PC and Xbox simultaneously like the original Astro A50s? I know they work with all systems, I’m just wondering if I can listen to my music on pc and play on my xbox

• A:Answer With Bluetooth it should connect to your phone so you can stream music that way at the same time. It cannot connect to pc and Xbox at the same time though since it can only toggle between both. So the only combination possible is (console+ Bluetooth)

Q: QuestionThe previous generation had issues with wifi interference on 5g. Did they fix that for this newer version? Astros did nothing to help on the previous issues, and I am nervous to try again with a new model if they did not resolve previous problems.

Q: QuestionI saw a review in which an individual who has an LG OLED C1 stated that this A50 X headset does not work with LG OLED TVs. Is this true? Is there a workaround? For some reason, my previous A50s don't work with Xbox Series X but work just fine with PS5.

• A:Answer Hi there. I do not know if you still have issues but I had the same problem with my xbox and A50x. The solution was connecting straight to my xbox and monitor to mess with the display settings and you have to adjust them lower and then it will work. I cannot remember the exact settings but you can't run the xbox at the highest display settings and then it will work. Sadly this is the only way to get to work with the headset.
