Q: QuestionHow do you turn on the mic? I attached it to my Computer Tower and the headphones work, but the mic does not work. Is there a button somewhere on the head set that I need to turn on to make the mic work? What am I missing here? Thanks!

Q: QuestionI see this has a flip to mute mic. Can I keep the mic down and use push to talk on PC to mute/unmute or will keeping it down mean that it's unmuted all the time?

• A:Answer Hello Letsdlt. The first thing I would check is the cable. Is it plugged all the way in? There should be 3 rings on the plug, and all 3 must be firmly seated for the mic to work. If you are using the USB into the dock, still be sure the 3.5mm cable is plugged all the way in. If you try to use the headset with other devices (PC, cell phone, etc) does the microphone work properly? Finally, some Switch games just don't allow in-game chat using the headset, so you might have to connect via the phone app to enable voice chat. • A:Answer Hello. The G432 earcups measure about 2.5 inches top to bottom and the width is tapered: 1.5 inches at the top and 1 inch at the bottom. I have pretty large ears and they fit comfortably.

• A:Answer Hello Daisy! The G332 Wired Stereo Gaming Headset won't work by itself no, as the PS3 doesn't have a 3.5mm jack built in (which is the connection on the G332). To be able to use it, you would need a sparate 3.5mm female to dual RCA female adapter, use the RCA cable that came with the PS3, connect the red and white cable ends (don't need to connect the yellow end) to the RCA side of the adapter, and connect your G332 headset to the 3.5mm side of the adapter. Once that's done, connect your PS3 via HDMI to your TV, and you should be good to go.

Yes you are able to use the G432 wired headset with the iPad. unfortunately, you will not be able to use the 7.1 surround sound dongle that is included in the box. As long as you use the Lightning to 3.5 mm Headphone Jack Adapter that was included with your iPad, then you can connect the headset. It should just be plug and play.
