- Answer I've had the remote for about a week now. It does work with the PS4 Pro, but there are two things I'm still trying to figure out. 1. It does not turn the PS4 pro off properly, happened multiple times 2. When the PS4 pro is being turned on by Harmony remote you have to press the PS button on the dualshock controller in order to use the Harmony remote. I can navigate the Netflix app on PS4 pro but will not work on Amazon Prime's video app (not sure if it's the app or the remote) and when the remote is connected to the PS4 pro the LCD on the Harmony has the PS button, triangle, x, circle, square and none of them works except for the PS button, but works great on my other electronics. Hope this helps BTW I have the Harmony elite with the hub

QuestionThe older harmony remotes had a "help" button that trouble shot synching problems. Does this remote have this help feature as well?

- Answer I had the Geek Squad install and program all of my components and it was a very good decision. Inexpensive and fool proof. I would reccommend it. They send over a tech to inspect the site and give you a quote for free. Then decide.

- Answer Yes, each TV location with it's own hub. You can use a single tablet to control either of them by switchin to another hub.

- Answer On mine because I have Xfinity, I hit info and usually the xfinity bar pops up and then you can arrow over to the funtion you need. Hope that helps. the color bars.

- Answer Both the Harmony Elite and Companion remotes use the Harmony Hub for communicating with your devices. The Hub has IR blasters all around its edges to help hit IR receivers in various locations. In addition, the Companion ships with one IR mini blaster, and the Elite ships with two IR mini blasters. The mini blasters can be used to reach IR receivers that the Hub cannot "see". Check the Harmony compatibility database to make sure that the devices that you own are supported (https://support.myharmony.com/en-us/compatibility). Based on the limited info given here, I would recommend the Harmony Companion, but be sure to research the features of both to make sure that the remote you choose incorporates all of the features that you want/need. Another option would be to just get a Harmony Hub and use a smart phone or tablet to control your media devices. However, this is not a familiar way of controlling media components. So, it may not be ideal for some families or family members. Also, the Hub by itself does not include any IR mini blasters.

- Answer Hello The only thing I can think of is to try the Samsung remote that came with the soundbar and see if it works correctly. If it does then you may have to connect the remote to your computer again and resync the remote like you did when you originally set up the remote for your equipment. I hope this information has been helpful.

- Answer I'm assuming that your current remote is non-functional and your asking if the hub will work with a new remote. The hub can be programmed to work with any harmony remote that the hub supports. The answer is Yes, you should be able to purchase any harmony remote that your hub supports.

- Answer It works with the WDTV Live Streaming Media Player. IIRC, both the WDTV LiveHub and WDTV Live Streaming Media Players use the same remote and so, I'd be surprised it the Harmony Elite doesn't work for you.

- Answer Should be ok. When you start the iPhone app it asks which hub you want to connect to. I take this to mean each hub gets it's own ip address on your home network and thus having discreet setups for each hub with separate devices, activities and remotes . This all predicated on the separate IPs.
