- Answer Sounds like the num lock is on. Press the num lock key and it should operate the arrow function you are looking for.

- Answer Hi, I use my keyboard through Bluetooth and my Logitech unifying receiver for mouse is hooked up to USB port in laptop. I would thing you have to hook them both up separately.

- Answer This keyboard can connect via Bluetooth or Logitech Dongle. It will connect to your iPad Air via Bluetooth. From your iPad Air, go to settings, then Bluetooth. Turn on your K780 Keyboard and select one of the three memory settings. Select "Keyboard K780" to begin the pairing process.

- Answer This phone will connect to any phone that has Bluetooth capabilities (which is pretty much all smartphones). Phones are very personal and depend on many factors all geared to supporting individual needs. For most, it's screen size and Camera definition (both front and back cameras). If you're looking for Top of the line Android for Camera, I'd recommend: Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G Google Pixel 4XL Samsung Galaxy S10 5G Samsung Galaxy Note S20 Ultra 5G Xiaomi Mi Note 10 If you're willing to go Apple, the winner will clearly be the iPhone 11 Pro. Apple doesn't have the digital processing (HDR, Sharpening, & Noise Reduction) which makes them look more true-to-life. The iPhone 11 is no slouch either, but it doesn't have that third 56mm telephoto lens. Note: Apple is reported to release an iPhone 12 really soon (Oct 2020). So if you can hold out, the price of the iPhone 11 Pro should be getting a little relief. Good luck!

- Answer Can’t imagine it wouldn’t work. I love this keyboard!! It will pair with up to 3 devices at the press of one of 3 dedicated buttons. Nice heft to it. Full-sized and response keys. If I press F1, it pairs with my IPad. F2 pairs with my iPhone. F3 pairs with my husband’s iPhone. Great keyboard.

QuestionMy keyboard stopped working and when I try to type the F2 starts blinking blue 15 times then turns off. I replaced the batteries. Any suggestions how I fix it?

- Answer Try disconnecting the device and pair it again. If that doesn't work, I suggest you try factory resetting the keyboard. Once back to factory default settings, begin the pairing process anew. Good Luck!

- Answer Printers are peripheral devices. What are you trying to access on your printer? But to answer your question, if your printer has a control panel with a display command and bluetooth capability, then yes, you can probably pair it. But now we're talking printers in the thousands of dollars, not personal or home devices. Playing with the printers firmware will void any warranty on the machine.
