A:AnswerThese mice (the 310's) have a place to store the adapter under the battery cover. Most wireless mice I've seen also have a place to store the wireless adapters, but I own this mouse and can say for sure that it has a nano adapter storage spot. :)
A:AnswerThe listing doesn't say which receiver , but several posts here mentioned a nano receiver. If the mouse originally used a nono receiver, a new receiver can be programmed with a smapp program available on Logitech's site. Be aware there are separate programs for unifying receivers and nano receivers. Some Logitech mice can use either. I don't know about the 310.
