QuestionWhat do I do if after the latest, faulty, untested update D10 became unusable and Neato can't do anything to fix it? It was a good vacuum robot for 3 months. Nothing but problems after an update. Neato is ignoring the problem. How do I get my money back?

QuestionI'm shocked how terrible the reviews are on this device. I have the original Botvac Connected, but it needs a new battery. I'm thinking about a new D10 rather than a new battery for my old one. Are these still terrible? Did software updates help?
