A:AnswerNot sure if this will work specifically with Suddenlink as I've never heard of that company, but I can confirm that this modem is more than 4 channels. I believe it is 16 channels, actually, but if 4 is the minimum to work with Suddenlink, you should be good to go.

Your phone jack and phone service is completely separate. You will have to speak with brighthouse to ensure you have the correct service that meets your needs.
A:AnswerI just switched from either 50 to 75 or 50 to 200-- I can't remember. But either way this modem is working great for me with streaming on tv and two other devices at a time.
