A:AnswerDepends on how many of your devices are using it at the same time and what kind of wireless reciever is in your current devices. Wireless B and G will only receive information as fast or as far away as they can, and getting a better router setup isn't going to help much unless you have devices with wireless N or N dual band recievers.
A:AnswerI'm not familiar with Verizon DSL but unless it is supplied to your home in a piece of co-axial (round cable with a copper core and braiding around the outside of it) cable, no it will no. DSL means Digital Subscriber Line and that comes down the telephone cable, this device is a DOCSIS MODEM which needs an 'F' plug and co-ax.
A:AnswerFor this setup, I strongly suggest you install a couple of repeaters like this one available on Best Buy
http://www.bestbuy.com/site/netgear-ieee-802-11n-600-mbps-wireless-range-extender/4317174.p?id=1218475385932&skuId=4317174
You can with a little bit of tech knowledge buy routers and set them to repeater mode. But the above is specifically designed to fix the issue you are having

A:AnswerI was told by an ATT technician that came to my home that you have to call and get the password from them . If they ask why, just tell them you need the password. They don't like to but will give it to you.
This is if TWC is anything like ATT. Try it.
