A:Answer I have not tried it to say for certain, but based on how I set it up, my guess is that the "satellites" will be compatible with the routers, but the 2 routers will not talk to each other.
If your plan is to make it a "bigger network", you are probably better off getting one router and 3 satellites. (Get one set of this and 2 satellites separately). I can not confirm this from experience but based on my experience of setting up other routers and extenders, I feel that is how it will work.
