QuestionHow do we know when the Orbi is actually working. The video show the top showing blue in the opening is this the confirmation? Mine is not lit up reason for the question.

- Answer When you say Alexa the top should light up blue. If it doesn't something is wrong and you should reconnect by pressing sync on the back or follow the instructions on the Orbi app.

- Answer No. Google assistant is a completely different system. You don't need anything from Google for this to work. It works with the Amazon Alexa app.
