A:AnswerI am pretty sure it has to be on the same power supply it doea have wifi but i am not sure on the range I have it in my house it is in the room down stairs on opposite side of house and it supplies perfect service to my frog up stairs that is 35 ft away
A:AnswerIt doesn’t matter if receiver and adapter has to be on same circuit breaker, really doesn’t matter because it works no matter how you plug in anywhere but still making connections wirelessly itself into “ hard wired “ . Really amazing technology but sometimes it gets little weak for few seconds once a while. Then come back on stronger again. My guess is depend on how many people use internet all over the town or city.
A:AnswerNo because the unit comes with 2 plugs that have to be installed into the wall. The one by the router( or in your case the USB ) needs to have an Ethernet cable . The other plug, plugs into the wall where you are having signal issues. So unless your USB adapter is stationary and has a port to hook up the Ethernet cable. No this would not work
