QuestionHow is the WiFi connection with iphone

- Answer The app that must be used with the Nikon is called SnapBridge and it is HORRIBLE. I was able to connect my iPhone the first time but now cannot get it to connect. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone and still not working. Now I have to go into Geek Squad to try to get this issue resolved. Keep in mind, I'm tech savvy and previously had a Sony Cybershot which uses the PlayMemories App for transferring photos wirelessly - that app is effortless, so easy to setup and use. SnapBridge is NOT easy to use (as other reviewers have stated). I switched brands this time because of the many moveable angles of the LCD screen on the Nikon, but that feature may not be enough to make the switch worth it. If Geek Squad can't fix the issue with SnapBridge this camera will be returned and replaced with the Sony DSC-HX400 instead.

QuestionCan I recharge the battery on the run? I.e., use a battery pack to recharge the battery while I am still using the camera to take pictures?

- Answer I have 2 spare batteries and an external charger. The monitor is on when the camera is on so you need to carry at least one spare with you if you are going to be taking pictures over a long peroid of time. I would not recommend an external battery to charge the camera. The connector is small and could be damaged.

- Answer COOLPIX cameras like this COOLPIX B700 are compact digital, also known as point-and-shoot, cameras. COOLPIX cameras have no mirror mechanism, however, they are not classified as "mirrorless" cameras because they do not have interchangeable lenses.

- Answer Images can be transferred to a computer by taking the card out of the Nikon COOLPIX B700 camera and inserting it into a card reader port on the computer to upload them. Another way to get the images transferred from the camera to the computer is by leaving the card in the camera and connecting the camera to the computer with the provided UC-E21 USB Cable. The Nikon B700 can also connect and transfer images to a compatible, Bluetooth-capable smart device running the SnapBridge application. To learn more about the SnapBridge application for smart devices or for Nikon software options for your computer, please contact Nikon Support.

QuestionJust got the camera today and find it easy to understand so far. The only thing I can't find is the meter that tells what number the pictures are as I take them and how many pictures I have left to take based on the image size and card memory.

- Answer To see the file number of each image make sure to display camera image information on the Nikon COOLPIX B700 monitor. Press the Playback button and you will see the file number in the lower left corner of each image. To see a countdown of how much file space you have, make sure camera image information is set to show on your shooting screen and look in the lower right corner. This counter will go down as you take each image and how much space it will take for each image will depend on the image size you are using to take an picture. - Answer Regardless of the size - or speed - of the card that you have in the camera - 29 minutes it the longest video you will be able take continuously.

- Answer 29 minutes or 4GB at a time. So with a 128GB card you could potentially record a total of 15 hours (in 29 minute segments).
