Q: QuestionWhy does the handset of my Panasonic KX-TGM420 start blinking a white light and beep during the middle of the night and at odd times during the day. When we press talk it stops. Unit is about a year old. Thanks

Q: QuestionWill this phone be affected by my neighbor's cordless phone being in use? My current phone is rendered useless if they are using their phone.

• A:Answer I don't have any interference from my neighbors but these are used VOIP so I'm not sure how much that would affect reception compared to from-the-wall jack connection (if landline phone services are still offered). The gentleman that helped me wasn't sure if these could be used VOIP or not and said there's a fifteen day return period even when opened and used (I asked, stating I may have to plug them in to see if they work--he said it didn't matter, just bring them back if they don't work within fifteen days). Not a definitive answer but I hope it helps. :)

• A:Answer Hello! This is the call screening feature and while a caller is leaving a message, you can listen to the call through the unit’s speaker. To adjust the speaker volume, you need to press + or - repeatedly on the base unit or the arrow up or down on the handsets, however you will need to do this for every unit. Hope this helps! -C
