Q: QuestionThe product is hard to open. I could only open 2 of the 3. Now I can't close them. I called the manufacturer and they told me to try harder! Any suggestions?
Asked by Stuck.
- A:Answer The sliding covers are quite tight when new. They will loosen with time and use. I also thought that mine were defective. Found out that I had to be forceful for the first week. Leave the hammer in the tool box. That would constitute "excessive force".

Q: QuestionIs this compatible with iPad?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer I don't know. Depends on the model of your iPad. These PNY USB flash drives plug into a standard USB (2.0 or 3.0) port, so your iPad has to have one of those ports available, or, if you have a port of a different type (e.g. USB-C) on your iPad, you can likely find an adapter that will allow you to plug in the PNY drive into the port that you have available.
