• A:Answer From what I can see, the Inspirion 3670 uses a variety of 8th generation CPUs. Given that I run this exact graphics card on a CPU that is *four generations older*, you should be more than fine for photos, and definitely good enough for movies. For comparison, this is about the same GPU that is used inside of an Xbox One/PS4, so it's pretty powerful for $100. Hope this helps.

• A:Answer The fastest card in the market is the NVIDIA Titan (this is Pro frade). The commercial grade fastest is the NVIDIA RTX 3090. Not knowing the amount of power that your PSU provides and the baseline load that your computer uses from that PSU is impossible to know if a PSU upgrade is required. The RTX 3090 consumes between 350W to 450W (if overclocked). A Typical I7-10700 rig consumes about 150W so make your math.....

• A:Answer For reference, this can run most games at high settings at a stable 60-90 fps. For a $100 GPU that doesn't need more power than its own PCIe port, it's a very solid card. However, if your budget is more than a couple hundred, there are other NVIDIA graphics cards that can offer even more bang but for more buck, such as the 3060 Ti for about $400, also 4x as powerful.

• A:Answer Yes, This works fine to allow a Gateway 3 3/4" wide format computer with 8 gigs of ram without a video card to run Auto Cad . The alternate 3 1/2 " mounting plate was in the box so this would adapt to the format. It also did not seem to exceed the transformer's load requirements. Side note: When installing, the previous video card NVIDA PNY XLR8 (which was giving me a blue screen ), after I unplugged it found the foil PNY decal had come off the fan front and was lodged in the blade causing the overheat. I am sure the unit is fine but I replaced anyway. Every one in the store is so helpful, I love to shop at Best Buy. The first VRAM was GT 710 the Second GT 1030.
