A:Answer This computer doesn't use a ssd it uses a M.2. I am sure geek squad would install a new one for you if you paid them. It is real simple tho to change a M.2 drive, almost as simple as say changing a SD card in a Samsung phone. You require nothing but a 8 dollar tool kit from a hardware store or Walmart, with tiny star heads. The M.2 looks like a large SD chip, u take the one screw out of the back, it will move up in the air about 2 inches, you just pull it out, and push the new one in, just as you pull out the old one note which way its facing. My guess is best buy would charge u 100 bucks to do that.
