- Answer 2.4 for sure and if you need help contact your internet provider and they will be able to assist you with switching your WiFi to 2.4. I ran through this same issue and was able to set mine up with their assistance

QuestionDo you sell an adapter to be able to use with the existing Ring 1st generation mount so you don’t have to drill more holes into the brick?

- Answer Box comes with two mounting plates. Secure it by drilling into the brick, or someone could easily steal your doorbell. I would not trust an adhesive tape for securing the unit to a brick.

Questionis this camera has free trial only to record data , what after the free trail , how we can see the recording video without monthly membership , is this has memory chip we can install in it

- Answer I don’t know about inserting a memory chip but I don’t think you can do that. After the free trial you will want to subscribe to their monthly plan (I pay $99 annually). Otherwise the camera is not going to work.
