• A:Answer You have to manually slide the cover either left or right. For privacy, you can slide the cover on front to cover the camera. It does not open or close automatically. Hope this helps.

• A:Answer This camera does have night vision. The photo is inside my garage with lights off. There is some ambient light that comes through garage door windows that makes the video better. There is no light on this model.

A shared user cannot change system settings or account information but can view cameras and view and share videos. Access to particular cameras can be granted or denied by the owner. If you have a Ring Alarm system, the shared user can also arm and disarm the Ring Alarm system and unlock any lock they've been given access to by the owner. Ring’s Flood & Freeze sensor is a Ring Alarm accessory that will detect water where it's installed or when the temperature drops below 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
