QuestionHow do I purchase replacement screws to connect the wireless ring doorbell 2nd gen model# 5UM5E5 i cant locate them on your page and when I Google search them I find them at Walmart and ebay. The shipping costs 5x the item and the screws are all different

QuestionWe have a first gen Ring doorbell that is hardwired. We would like to upgrade to a Ring 3 but will we need to reinstall the electrical or will the Ring 3 fit into the original hardwire set up?

- Answer We just bought a second ring and ours are battery powered, not hard wired, but they both are on the same account and linked together. I'm pretty sure the hard wired can be linked as well.

- Answer We have two on our front porch area. One on the door frame aimed at the street and the other on the end of our porch to catch anyone coming up on the steps from the side. Both are linked together on the same account.

- Answer Not sure, I installed mine using an existing wired system. Wireless works well within its range, usually about 100ft. Depending on floor plan and other obstacles that can block the signal. You may consider getting a range extender.
