Q: QuestionI have ARC HDMI directly to my Xbox and an HDMI going into my TCL 6 Series 55". I have my audio settings on my Xbox to bitstream and dts. I feel like im not getting the surround sound i want. Also, the audio from my tv is very low. Any suggestions?

• A:Answer I found that I had check and verify my sound eq didn't change. I.e. from surround to standard to game mode. The sound levels are a little bit different between one another.

• A:Answer plug all equipment cable/sat, Blu-ray, firestick, etc.. into the TV itself then use an OPTICAL cable from the TV to the soundbar, or if the TV supports it connect thru Bluetooth. now in the TV go to menu settings whatever they call it go to audio/sound and choose the option that turns off the TVs built in speakers and turn on the optical out. see your TV manual for these specifics. set the soundbar to the proper input (optical, or Bluetooth) and your done.

Q: QuestionI have this soundbar & the NU8000 TV connected to my Xbox One X. I have an HDMI cable from soundbar ARC to TV ARC then a HDMI from Xbox to HDMI on TV. I cannot get the soundbar to play 5.1, Dolby has a delay & DTS won't save. These are via Xbox settings.

• A:Answer I have the xbox one x and also the same tv but I use an optical from tv to soundbar, and hdmi from xbox to tv. I believe if you are using 2 hdmi cables then you should go xbox to sounbar hdmi input. and soundbar hdmi output to tv hdmi input, as the soundbar has 4k pass through capability.
