- Answer Not sure if this will help you at all, but for my set, I have to press and hold the "dry level" button for 3 seconds. That turns my sound is off. And I do the same process to turn it back on.

- Answer It doesn't come in a box per se. It's basically wrapped in plastic and has Styrofoam and cardboard to protect the sides and corners.

QuestionHow many 90 degree turns can be in the vent to the outside? What is the maximum feet can be in the venting system? I've heard that there can be problems with air flow to various models because of these issues.

- Answer It is better to have a straight shot for any dryer vent going outside of the home. 90 Degree bends tend to hinder air flow as well and potentially trap lint. Of course the shorter the distance the better the flow as well. Generally the home design will allow for the better placement of these appliances so that there are no major issues with this.

- Answer It depends on your house or what you ALREADY have installed. The electrical cord was NOT INCLUDED with purchase. I had to purchase separately.

- Answer Per Samsungs instructions: "Press Power to turn the dryer on. Press and hold Dry Level for 3 seconds. The notification melodies will sound and dryer is muted. To unmute the dryer, press and hold Dry Level again for 3 seconds."

- Answer Hi The real question is what kind of Nuts have you been dealing with ? When removed from the original carton as shipped by Samsung there was only some styrophome pieces holding the drum in place no metal screws. Good luck happy holidays. Triarn

- Answer I have both as well. So you can switch, but this dryer is only for electric use. So you would have to get the model for gas use if that what you want to use.
