Q: QuestionDoes the dryer come with both hoses needed to connect the water supply to the dryer (i.e. one to go from the bib to the splitter and the other to go from the splitter to the dryer)?

• A:Answer No, RobTAK, the washer (WF448AAW/XAA), uses an old stacking kit (SK-5A/XAA)compared to the dryer (DVE45B6300W) that uses a newer stacking kit (Skk-8k), making them incompatible for stacking. Have a great day. ^Charles

Q: QuestionFeeling embarrassed for purchasing this dryer without checking the measurements first! The depth is a full 5" too big for the area. Is there anything that can be used in back of dryer other than a conventional type of dryer vent tube (s-thing narrower)?

• A:Answer You can also use a flexible exhaust duct/vent. the flexible duct/vent tube It is not recommend because with time it can collect lint and is a possible fire hazard. A solution is to do a yearly cleaning of the flexible duct/vent. Look for a side vent kit if that applies to your drier. Check it Samsung has a space saver rigid due/vent

• A:Answer You can turn off the other sounds on your Samsung dryer by using the sound controls on the panel or a button combination. Most Samsung 7.5 cu ft dryers let you mute all the beeps by pressing and holding the Sound button for a few seconds, or by holding a combination like Dry Level + Temp for three seconds if your model doesn’t have a dedicated sound button. You can also disable extra alerts through the SmartThings app under the sound or notification settings. These steps usually stop the button beeps and other tones that can be annoying for people—and especially loud for pets like your cat. If you need the exact steps, I can give them to you if you share your model number.
