A:AnswerSometimes mine will start charging and I walk away and come back and see that it had stopped. If you pick the phone up about 1 2" or so and center it back on the charger, it should start. If it still doesn't charge, take it back for replacement.

A:Answerit should blink twice to let you know its working. center the phone on the pad side to side and top to bottom. it will glow solid blue if done right. if it blinks blue the phone
isnt lined up right. solid blue when charging and solid green when done. hope that helps...
