QuestionIs it true that you cannot swap batteries and SD cards?If not, then I will never upgrade to this phone. WHY would Samsung stoop to following Apple down this road? This is the main reason I'll NEVER have an Apple product. I've had several Samsung's, but will not buy another unless it has an SD card slot and swappable battery.

- Answer You are correct. Samsung has made a huge mistake with the design of the Galaxy S6. Both the removable battery and micro SD slot have been removed from the S6 design. I would NOT recommend the purchase of the S6. If you are willing to wait, Samsung is receiving a huge backlash from the customer community and will most likely put these features back into the design of the S7. I own a Note 4 and no way am I going to upgrade if the Note 5 follows the nasty path that the S6 did. I sure hope not!

QuestionAlready a Sprint customerI have a Samsung phone and want to get the Samsung 6 how does that work? Do I have to make monthly payments on the phone. How is service transferred from one phone to the next keeping the same phone number?

- Answer It's exactly the same as walking into a Sprint store and upgrading your phone. Best Buy works with them, so it acts the same. They activate the new phone after looking up your Sprint account and transfer it to your phone number. You have the same options you would at a Sprint store: buy, upgrade or lease the phone. If you want to make monthly payments you sure can, but Best Buy offers some killer deals this month on phones for new contracts or renewals. I just got an S6 for $1 out the door (bought, not leased) for my 2-year upgrade with Sprint (I was also an existing customer). For transferring data, Samsung Smart Switch from the Play Store is your friend. Download it to your old phone and the folks at Best Buy will start it on your new phone. you click through and select what you want to transfer (photos, videos, ringtones, music, etc) and it takes care of the rest. It even preserved my WiFi settings and password.

- Answer Yes, it has a built in gps and you cas use either google or scout wich are both preloaded on the phone for guidance

- Answer Hi! I am actually a Best Buy mobile employee. It is a TWO YEAR contract that you sign. If you talk to your mobile associate they can go over plans that will have unlimited talk and text with a certain allotment of data. However many carriers have stopped offering new two year contracts in favor what is called "Installment billing" where you pay sales tax on the device and make monthly payments on the full price of the device. - Answer Both myself and my wife have the S5 through Sprint and have no issue with call quality. My daughter's S6 seems to be working great. No issues that we can find.

- Answer Yes and no .. The battery can't be removed like the older gs models but if you really want to you can remove the battery by removing the home board and such...I wouldn't recommend it because it voids the manufacturer warranty and any insurance you buy through your wireless carrier.

- Answer The $27 per month is for the physical phone only. The monthly service fee still applies. We pay $130 per month for a shared 32GB data plan, with unlimited calls and texts. I am now paying $27 per month on top of that for my Galaxy S6, but I no longer have a 24 month contract in place. So if I want to walk away from Sprint 6 months from now, I pay what is left on the phone and it is mine to keep when I move to my new carrier. :-)

- Answer Yes the S6 will cast on any device that has the capabilities. I use my S6 with a roku 3, chromecast and samsung smart tv.

QuestionDoes BestBuy Mobile work with existing Sprint customers?I already have an active Sprint account that has two lines available for upgrade, however I really like BestBuy's customer service and thought that the wireless charger was an awesome offer. I was mainly wondering if I could pre order the Galaxy S6 for an upgrade on an existing Sprint account through BestBuy. Thanks!

- Answer The easy answer to your question is yes. Best Buy works directly with the major mobile carriers. If you have an available upgrade through Sprint, then you should be able to upgrade directly through Best Buy. Thanks!

- Answer Best Buy works with many major carriers, it won't change anything. I just upgraded (Sprint) and went to Best Buy for my new phone. If you're eligible for an upgrade, you get the 'with 2-year contract' price (for Black Friday it's cheap...like $1 for awesome phones!). It's exactly the same as going in to your carrier's store and upgrading your phone. Just make sure that Best Buy works with your carrier and you'll be fine. I believe they work with Verizon, Sprint, AT&t and T-Mobile.

QuestionMonthly Payment for Sprint Easy PayWhat is the reason for the difference in price if I do the easy pay option through Best Buy? If I go to the Sprint Store and do my upgrade, I pay $20 per month. If I go to Best Buy and do my upgrade, I will pay $27 according to your website. Why is the price higher? Is this an error? I really prefer the customer service at Best Buy, but don't want to pay the additional $7 per month per phone when I upgrade both of my phones.

- Answer I don't know why they are showing you such a price difference. I did my upgrade at Best Buy. I never get good service at a sprint location. I did the 24 month lease upgrade with the 20 a month credit back to my account. did not have to change plans. so my total increase is about 3 dollars. I did opt for the geek squad plan instead of sprint insurance. better deal and better service. Go talk to a Human at the store I get way better service in person than on the phone or computer.
