I asked the same question to a Verizon Rep whos answer was yes, but not so sure of the answer if I asked another rep. They can say anything they like, but I wouldn't be convinced until I see the bill.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The 25.00 line discount is on the older plans where the line access fee is 40.00 on the new plans the line access fee is only 20.00. So you only would get the discount on the older plans and they no longer offer those unless you have grandfathered in on one. It has nothing to do with the phone or the price of the phone. If you take the time to actually read your bill and go online to verizonwireless.com and log on your online account you can see the differences in the old plans(if you are on one) and the new plans pricing.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As a sales person with verizon. It seems like you are on an older plan that the line access is normally 40. When you get a phone on device payment verizon gives you discounts 25 dollars. You might actually be better off moving to one of the newer plans.
