A:AnswerNo, but they have seamless device switching. This simply means you can switch devices without having to un-pair from your previously connected device. Each device would need to be paired with your Buds 2 first but once they are paired you can simply go to your new device's bluetooth setting and connect to the Buds 2. It will automatically disconnect from you previous device and connect to your new device quickly and seamlessly.
A:AnswerYou shouldn’t have to remove the fitting. You will need to place the ear buds in the correct plot in the case….L eft on the left side and R ight the right side of the case.

A:AnswerNone. They all suck in sound. I’ve purchased EVERY style and they all suck. My $15 pair of Polaroids (yes Polaroids) sound way better. Hope that helps.
A:AnswerYup. Add me to the list of people with missing eartips. Mine came with some, but not all sizes. It seems to be a common problem with refurbed earbuds in general from Best Buy I guess.
I contacted support and they said that you can either return/exchange the pair or they may end up giving you a couple bucks off (for me they took $5 off...almost enough for the cheapest eartip replacements on Amazon, but not quite).
A:AnswerIf you don’t have huge ear holes- don’t get these. Difficult to stay in ears. I’ve purchased every style of Galaxy buds. Pro, Pro True, +, live- you name it-I have them. Trying to find a pair for all my kids and myself. Not 1 style worked. All fall out of ears-and diff size ear holes were tested out. Plus they all sounded the same. My $15 pair of Polaroids work way better. Don’t waste your money
