The Sony XR-48A90K TV can only connect to one Bluetooth audio device at a time, so you can't have both your Samsung Galaxy S23 phone and your hearing aids paired for audio simultaneously. However, you can still display content from your phone on the TV. The Sony XR-48A90K is an Android TV, so you can use features like Chromecast built-in or Wi-Fi Direct to mirror your phone's screen. This allows you to show videos, photos, and other content from your phone on the TV, but the audio would still need to be handled by the hearing aids, as they would be using the TV's single Bluetooth audio connection. To connect your hearing aids, you'll need to put them in pairing mode and then search for them in the TV's Bluetooth settings. Once connected, they will be the primary audio output for the TV. If you wish to output the sound on your Bluetooth headphones and at the same be able to let others hear sound from the TV, you may need to connect an external audio speakers or a soundbar to your TV using an Optical cable. Note : Connecting any audio device via BT or HDMI takes audio away from the TV’s speakers (only one audio output device is supported), so the optical connection must be used to output the TV audio to an external device (Home theater system, soundbar, etc.).
