QuestionI'm a professional installer in Oregon. this dish does not have available mounting options outside of Starlink. You will need to order a mount from them if you want to permanently install it.

QuestionIf I buy this starlink standard package here in North Carolina, can I take it to Panama (where there is service available) and set the same dish up without issue? Also, assume I never set it up in the United States and first time set up and is in Panama.

- Answer Yes. You can purchase the kit in the US and set it up in Panama. It should be activated for the first time in the country where it will be used (very important).

- Answer Starlink offers a variety of accesories to mount your antenna to the wall, roof or pipe, if you haven´t ordered yours, you´ll have to search at BestBuy for "Starlink mounts", if you have already the equipment and your account created you can check shop.starlink.com, it will be sorted by the equipment you already own.

QuestionWe purchased the Standard Starlink Kit. The mount on the back seems pretty permanent and we’re not sure how to mount on roof of our house. Can someone advise on process or specific mount we should purchase? See pic of mount attached.

- Answer Although the Starlink cable conforms to RJ45 standards, we do not recommend modifying your cable or combining it with another cable to add length as we cannot guarantee the quality of service. Additionally, the Starlink cable provides a water-resistant protective seal with a locking mechanism, and is power rated specifically to the Starlink kit, therefore we do not recommend using any 3rd party cables as it may cause water damage to your Starlink. Any damages to your Starlink Kit caused by the above may void your Starlink warranty. Use at your own risk. We advise you to check out the Starlink Shop for additional cable length options that might be better suited for your Starlink setup.

QuestionI recently installed Starlink and subscribed to YouTubeTV. When I record programs, they play back in pink pixels. The sound is correct, but the picture is in pink characters. This does not happen when I record network programs.
