    • Answer Hi Tboy. You will need to add your own MicroSD Card to the doorbell if you wish to save video. Once you've got a card inserted then everytime there is a motion event the doorbell will save a clip to the card, and you can then view that clip back via the Swann Security app on your phone. -SD, Swann Team

    • Answer Hi John. This doorbell records at 1296 x 1296 pixels, which equates to approximately 1.7 Megapixels. Full HD 1080p resolution is approximately 2 Megapixels, meaning that this doorbell is a fraction less than Full HD. The image quality is still fantastic though and looks great on your phone. You are correct that there are some errors in the resolution showing on this BestBuy page, we will get this corrected. -SD, Swann team.
