- Answer If you plugged it into your laptop's USB port and the fans don't immediately start blowing, there's something wrong. Make sure the USB port isn't dead. That sometimes happens.

- Answer A stand would be more useful for a MacBook Pro, due to its vents not being on the bottom of the device. A stand would be more useful. Targus has them too, if you want to stick with them.

- Answer I do not think so, I get a new one. Be sure ot buy a different one. Them holes are too open to let in too much dust etc that it is hard for fan to work .

- Answer It’s sad people don’t give feed backs. From my personal experience from using the cooling fans, Some are just made a little to cheap and ports can damage easily. My recommendation is to always buy the extended warranty for something like this. May seem pointless at the time of purchase but, this could save you money down the road from having to purchase a new one. Just my personal opinion on this topic. Good luck.

- Answer Yes, sense gaming software is computationally intensive if running the program under Windows using Boot Camp the cooling fan will help keep the computer cool.

- Answer I am looking for a cooling pad for my laptop. This one looks promising, I like the brand and the price is good, but my doubt has to do with the fan speed. Is it really ONLY 2 revolutions PER minute? This information must be wrong? If it is so slow, how could it blow any air? ( I am asking because I want to compare with other pads before buying). And how do I power the pad? Does it come with a power supply and a USB cable? Thank you very much for your anticipated kind feedback.

QuestionThe specs say the fan runs at 2 revolutions' a minute. That has to be wrong, That comes out to only 240rpm an hour! Does anyone know what the true RPM of this unit is?

- Answer Hi Harry. Not sure how many RPM but you are right it must be a typo. I have the unit and it is defiantly more than 2 per minuet!
