QuestionI just tested a 20-minute drive and the camera became very hot. The outside was 50 degrees, so it's not a weather-related issue. I'm concerned about using it for longer drives or leaving for parking recording. Will it burn or cause damages? Any advice?

- Answer Hi there! The Thinkware Dashcam Link App is used to modify/configure the dashcam's settings, view its recording, and manage all other aspects of the dashcam. An Android or iOS phone is needed to be able to download this app.

QuestionBest Buy recently installed the F200 Pro. Rear camera is angled down too much. Cannot figure out how to adjust the angle up. Camera will not move or spin in any direction. Tried to spin the part that the cable is plugged into and still no movement. Thanks

- Answer The system will turn on and off with the car if you use the 12V cigarette lighter adapter (included in box). They also give you a hardwire kit to draw power from your fuses, that will allow you to use the parking feature (also included in box). Most people will use an OBD adapter for this, which is cleaner and easier, found on Thinkware's site.

- Answer No OBD Harness, but does have the fuse panel hardwire. Trust me it’s easy to install, there are literally thousands of YouTube videos for ever make and model of car, truck, and suv

- Answer The only wire you will need to replace is the one going from the Front Cam to the Rear Cam, as the F200 PRO model has an upgraded Rear Cam.
