• A:Answer Hi JethroGibbs, The Tapo TD25's latest firmware update includes support for RTSP for the Video Doorbell, as long as it is installed in an Always-On configuration (wired to power directly). Please note that firmware is pushed in waves, so keep an eye out in your Tapo app for a firmware update notification - if you haven't already received it.

Q: QuestionCan you add multiple chimes to one doorbell camera? We have a large house and I would like to be able to hear the doorbell chime upstairs, downstairs, or wherever we are in the house.

• A:Answer While TP-Link does not sell chimes separately, you can purchase H100 Smart Hubs to use for that purchase. Per TP-Link support, the TD25 can support up to 12 Tapo H100 units.

• A:Answer The answer given by TPLinkSupport is not right. I have this doorbell (model TD25) and if you hardwire it, you CAN use your existing chime. You MUST however go through the setup correctly: 1. Enter the device settings page, on Tapo app. 2. Tap user Guide 3. After that, in my case I then chose 'Mounting Guide' 4. Follow the instructions and make sure to select Disable Always-On mode and to Use Existing Chime.
