QuestionWill this power my macbook pro if i get the right kind of cable? What kind of cable would I need?

- Answer Yes. I have a 2020 MacBook Pro (Intel chip). You need a USB-C to USB-C cable. There is a dedicated port on the monitor, and also a setting on the monitor for “Mac” view. I use the Belkin cable F2CD084bt0.5MBK / B2B155tt0.5MBLK and it works fine and does charge the battery of the MacBook.

QuestionCan I use external speakers if the speakers in the monitor are not loud or clear enough. I am hard of hearing.

- Answer You can use external speakers by connecting them to your PC or into the monitors 3.5mm audio out port.
