QuestionWhy do my speakers not come on when TV does? The sound Bar comes on, the subwoofer comes on but not the speakers. The speakers are wired using the color codes on them. I can do a speaker test, everything test ok, then the speakers start working.

- Answer I have mine by my couch which is 6ft away from the tv and sound bar. Sounds amazing moves my floor and couch. 35 is vol. limit but 16 is blasting

QuestionI want to buy this sound bar for my TV and my Amazon Echo dot but I don't want to have to switch between TV and BT every time I want to talk to Alexa or watch TV is there anyway to get around this so I don't have to switch back-and-forth from Alexa or tv?

- Answer Mine is above the TV and it sounds awesome, but I have to admit, it does sound better if it below the TV at ear level to the listener. That is the same no matter what sound bar you buy.

QuestionMy son has a Samsung SUHD 4K TV. Can he use this on it, or does he have to purchase a Samsung one? I'm inexperienced on this. We have this model, but we have a Vizio TV. Samsung seems to be incompatible with some things.

QuestionI would like to install this system to a 60" Vizio tv in a large room. What is the wireless range of the SUB? Previous experience with Wireless subs had to have line-of-site to the soundbar and the range wasn't great (10-12ft), please advise.

- Answer I don't see a problem with it. If there's someone you want to impress, don't oversell the size - underestimate and deliver the standard. Thats how i got wifed up.

- Answer not possible unless you only want to control the volume and thats it. I recomend a Logitech Harmony remote even the cheapest can make it so you only have one remote.
