- Answer There is a Audio Assist button on the side of the handset to temporarily increases overall volume by up to 50dB, making the incoming speech easier to understand.

QuestionMy Mom is moving into an assisted living facility. In order to make an outside call - need to add 9 plus 1 and phone number. Does this phone have a pause button to do this?

- Answer We had the same problem so we did the old fashion way and just put a clear packing tape over the speaker. It works every time.
