• A:Answer I bought the refurbished Waco Bamboo pen that was listed for 69.99. they said it was like New condition just that it wasn't in the original packaging. It came in a plastic bag and packaged in lots of bubble wrap in a very sturdy box. Nothing was missing as they stated in description. I went on-line to check all instruction out. Satisfied with my purchase I followed instructions and was using pen in less then 2 mins.

Q: QuestionI purchased this bamboo ink stylus and it was missing a battery. How do I get best but to send a battery? It came with the extra stylus tips. No manual or instructions for use in pairing or use for an HP elite and x360.

• A:Answer Same situation - no battery in the box. Called the Geek Squad number ans they offered to either send me the replacement or i could pick it up in store. For the person saying that it doesn't come with the battery, it's listed in the 'what's included' section on the product description.

• A:Answer When I made this purchase, it had limited warranty. I still have time to return it but the item works beautifully. Typically if an item is refurbished and it comes from the Manufacturer, there is automatic warranty but the warranty may be limited. I have the ability to replace my item in a week if the item is defective. This is the risk of purchasing refurbished items but are thoroughly tested from the manufacturer.
