A:Answer Sure, on a desktop computer you can usually do whatever you want. Your games might expect to be in certain folders to run, but you can still back them up. For example, Steam games usually won't run unless they're in the Steam program folder, but I copy my games' folders to backup drives instead, so if I want to play one again, I just copy it back to the Steam folder on my main SSD and play again without having to re-download. Do note that many games store their save files elsewhere and it's different for almost every game. Be sure to locate and back those up too.
I wouldn't recommend running intensive games from the WD Easystore; it's not an SSD inside and you may experience lag or longer load times than if you run the games from an SDD.
