- Answer its not actually a download from the internet, it an app, you go to your app store, download the app and use the key number that is in the box when you get the product

- Answer I only purchased a single year of this software. I did not choose the 3 year cycle. I did not elect automatic software renewal for any of my products purchased. I am trying this product for One year. If I like the product, I will renew. If not, I will choose another product.

QuestionWhy is Webroot Chat so rude and unhelpful. Tried to get help with duplicate subscription. Chat guy proceeded to put Best Buy down for giving me a free subscription when I purchased a Laptop from them. The 1st subscription was only a week old.

- Answer Have the same questions. Bought in December with new computer, but not installed because I still had another (Avast) subscription in place. However, Webroot starts to expire at date of purchase, not date of installation. Also, it doesn't say exactly what it's protection is......read all info on package and still don't know what it does. Good luck getting answers.
