Some reps are rude and maybe had a bad day

Please try again later.While the company tries its best to hire the best possible and most sensitive to the needs of the customer, there is still no guarantee that there will always be the perfect response to every question. However, there is no excuse for any worker employed by this company to be rude to a customer. Whether or not the response offered is helpful or not is probably best left to the customer to decide, but any employee worth his/her salt should try his/her best to be as helpful as possible to every customer.
