A:Answer There are many variables that can cause lag. Note first that this card is very near the bottom of the performance charts. I did not get mine for gaming, but for simple video editing.
One good thing about Radeon chips is that the drivers are generally well written and stable. I suggest you go to the AMD Radeon forum with a question that provides all of the following information: Your system specs, including Brand, model, CPU, ram, mainboard chipset. Your OS type, including version number, list of apps installed, esp anti virus, and all games. Any combination of hardware or apps can interact to cause lag. And of course did you experiment with different game settings?
