The remote control is extremely disappointing as is how the operating system handles the Apps. I still love it ……..but a few improvements in making it easier to operate are needed badly.

Stood in the monitor department with a lost look on my face making eye contact with multiple associates who were not with customers for 15 minutes before I got help. I said I needed the device that would all my laptop to project to two monitors and each be different. I was taken to the A/V department and given a "slightly used" device. Arrived home and device is for VIDEO, not computers. Realized that this device must have been sold multiple time the same way before. Day 2: Went to exchange or return item. Gentleman at customer service was very helpful. I again went out to the monitor section and again stood for about 15 minutes with that look on my face before being acknowledged. This young man knew his stuff and got me the correct device. But it ended up costing me $16 more. In the end I got what I needed, but it was a lot of work and driving. And the next time I go in I'm wearing neon colors, a bell, and doing jumping jacks when I need assistance. Hopefully that will cut the wait down a bit.
