    Terrible Return policy

    It wasn’t the product that gets 1 star, it’s Best Buy. Terrible return policy (15days). I didn’t even pick it up for 5 days. So I literally had 10 days to travel to the family, give it as a gift, find out it wasn’t right and return it. Well that took longer than 15 days. Will NEVER buy from “Best” Buy again! It’s policies like this that drive people to buy from Amazon!

    Bought in April 2017, it's now barely November 4 and I see 1 dead pixel. Monitor gets pretty hot along the right side.

    I purchased this for work after reading that curved monitors were better for your eyes. I do love the colors on this but that's pretty much it. The display is shaky/blurry at times no matter what settings I use and it ultimately gives me headaches and makes my eyes tired. Not working for me. I purchased another monitor that I prefer and will be returning this one.

    The picture is great, I can’t get the audio to work though. I thought I was doing it wrong but after looking more into it I just found out the audio truly doesn’t work. Again, the picture is great I just would appreciate a new one.
