    We were moving the monitor and the screen cracked very easily in the curved part of the monitor. Completely ruined. We did have it for nearly a year before this happened. Just be very cautious picking this monitor up.

    Bought this as I was needing a new monitor. After hooking it up I notice the screen was dark and not impressive. Had to return, wasn't what i was hoping for

    This has been a terrible monitor. The screen is beautiful when it works. It will out of nowhere change colors and become fuzzy. Regretting the purchase.

    Cannot Adjust Stand, Poor Quality

    Monitor stand cannot be adjusted. Not happy with my purchase. Purchased on sale, and now I understand why the unit was discounted. Would not recommend.

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung - 390 Series 24" LED Curved Monitor. Please know that this monitor does indeed tilt. It has a tilt range of -2° to +22°, as listed in the User Manual. Place the monitor on a flat sturdy surface, hold the base down firmly with one hand, grasp the top center of the bezel with your other hand and push firmly and gently back. This should tilt the monitor screen back. To tilt the monitor down, just push the bottom of the bezel gently and firmly back while pulling the top of the bezel towards you.     HDMI port not working

    So disappointed, best buy sold me a none functional monitor. I bought two of these, one of them work as expected, but the HDMI port does not work on the other one. I had t use the legacy VGA. I did not returned because when I opened the package few weeks after purchase and the return period was already gone. I think the monitor was returned by a customer bought it before me and they did not even bother to fix the issue before resell it. I just wasted m money on partially functioning monitor.

    I found this monitor on special thinking it would be the Best besides the fact it is curved and without looking at the specs. Terrible contrast and the ghosting was unbearable. Ended up returning it.

    Open Box - BEWARE!!!!

    Gave it one star because it was open box "excellent condition." The monitor stand was missing and several of the LED display lights were dead giving a 1/2 inch wide vertical black streak all the way down 1/3 of the monitor screen. So disappointed. Started a new job and bought this out of my own pocket. Now I have to drive an hour and a half one way just to return. The screen itself appears to be absolutely beautiful resolution.

    This is a good smaller monitor. It fits on a smaller sized desk and the curved monitor allows a game to be viewed from several angles with great clarity.

    came damaged with black line running down screen

    opened the box it came in and it was damaged with a large black line running down the front of the screen. best buy in algonquin, IL refused to help and store manager did not believe it was damaged prior to us opening box and stated we must have caused the damage. never going to buy anything from this company again and we were very loyal customers who even had best buy credit card. we have told everyone are story and are also promoting they buy from a different company
