I was not happy with this monitor. It had two stuck or dead pixels in the bottom right, and one in the middle of the screen. I tried another Samsung monitor and the result was the same. Samsung quality is no longer existent. Their products seems to be plagued with issues these days.

Had the monitor for 3 weeks and then it went out. When I tried to return to Best Buy I was told returns had to be within 2 weeks of purchase. Now I have to fight with Samsung to make things right. Now remember why I buy online from Amazon.

I am not happy with this monitor & it's pretty "FUNKY." I don't like the features. Too bad it slightly tilts forward & it's not adjustable. So disappointed.☹️. I am getting another different monitor that will suit my needs. I will return this one back to Best Buy soon.

Ordered monitor online. Opened box and plugged unit in and left side of the screen was purple. After 5 minutes of trying to adjust I lost 1/4 of the screen. Took it back to store and they were all out of stock. Since my other monitor broke I had to go without a monitor for a few more days. Didn’t offer anything to upgrade to next model up at a discount which would have helped.

Took 2 hours to attempt to work with a Dell laptop. Despite google and U tube help returned the next day. Replaced with a Dell monitor that I had working in 15 mins.

This monitor was a waste of money. I bought it as a secondary monitor but it didn't work well with my Lenovo desktop and I constantly had to reboot the system for it to sync after sleep mode. I ended up buying a Lenovo secondary monitor.
